This is the second game in the Red Alert series made by Westwood. Like the first one you have a choice of which side to fight for: either the Allied Powers, which are the good guys or the Soviets who are the bad guys. Two campaigns to play and twice the game play. The first things people will notice is that it looks better than the first well more real anyway. And you will notice that the controls are the same, they did what too few companies do and what they should do. They kept what the people liked and fixed what they didn’t. It sounds easy, but not all companies do it. The story is nothing but what you can and should expect from the people at Westwood. It starts out with the Soviets launching a full-scale attack at the USA after the attack is confirmed the President calls them up and asks what’s up then we launch our own attack. At least we try but Yuri stops it with his mind control thing and that’s the start of the game. When you pick the reds your job is to topple the free world. First stop the good old USA, and then Korea gets involved followed by France, Germany, and Britain. And then you have to take out your own people

All in all this is a good game for any one who liked the first one but if you didn’t like it then you might want to try it first.
